Sweet candy floss is a very tasty treat and is liked by most people, but it is not available every time.
It is rare to be at a fair where they would sell it.
But there are solutions to this situation: make candy floss in home conditions. However, buying an installation for making candy floss only for home use is an inappropriate waste. After all, such a device has to spend a lot of money.
However, you can make a candy floss machine do it yourself and everyone who is keen on creating it homemade.
We need an unnecessary electrified toy, in which a micromotor with gears is preserved and we pull it out.
Next is the floor - a liter plastic bottle
and cut into two parts; the upper is with a neck and the lower part is with a bottom.
Next, the upper part of the bottle is put on the lower part, as shown in the photograph.
After the micromotor is inserted into the throat of the upper part of the bottle.
To fix the micromotor in the bottle, several damping rubber bands are used.
It should work, as in the photo.
After that, a hole is drilled in the center of the lid from the bottle and the lid is wrapped around the neck of the bottle.
Now a disk is made - a spray of sugar syrup. Tin cap for canning
and a disk with a diameter of up to 60 mm is cut out of it.
After that, the disk is attached with self-tapping screws to the driven gear, which will be mounted on the micromotor shaft (the gear and the screws are taken from the same dismantled toy).
And after the disk is mounted on the micromotor shaft, everything should look like in the photo.
Then the lower part of the bottle is filled with liquid alabaster, so that the whole structure is stable.
Now you need to assemble the device according to the electrical circuit.

The candy floss making machine is ready and you can start making it.The design is installed in a cardboard box and the base for cotton wool is prepared - syrup (2 tablespoons of sugar and a little bit of water). The syrup is heated until it boils and boiled until the sugar begins to darken. After that, the unit turns on and the hot syrup is poured in a thin stream onto a spinning disk, and cotton candy is formed in the box.
With such a simple device, you can do cotton candy at home at any time and in any quantities with your own hands.
