How many do not fold the tool anyway, at the right time, the key, screwdriver or scissors that you need is lying around somewhere. Easy to manufacture and easy to use rotating tool organizer made by the author homemade. Using his tool will always be at hand.
As materials For the manufacture of the organizer were used: a plastic bucket from under the paint, 12 mm plywood, nails, plastic, a fan (cooler). Were used following tools: electric jigsaw, hammer, glue gun, electric drill.
Since the organizer will need to rotate, find a place under it. It can be a shelf or a hanging cabinet. The main requirement is that the shelf to which the organizer will be attached should be larger than the diameter of the bucket. There should also be enough space below.
First, the author disassembled the fan. For homework you only need an anchor with a bed and an impeller.
Further, a piece of 15 by 15 cm is cut from plywood. Having put the frame to a piece of plywood, it draws around the contour and then drills holes for the anchor.
Gathering the anchor with the bed, inserts them into the groove cut out in plywood, and fixes them with screws.
One drum is needed from the impeller, so it cuts off the blades.
The next step is preparing the bucket. At the bottom of the bucket, a drill drills a hole along the diameter of the core of the anchor. The hole must be made strictly in the center.
Handles and mounts for them are not needed, removes them by cutting with a knife.
From the inside, the bucket will come into contact with the plastic plate, so the place of contact is carefully cleaned.
In a plastic plate, 6 mm thick, makes a hole. Glues it to the impeller drum.
Next, you need to make markings on the bucket under the tool. The tool will be located each in its place, so you need to attach it alternately to the bucket to identify the mounting location.
At the designated points, drills holes equal to nails in diameter.
Having bitten off the witters on the nails, inserts them from the inside into the holes (with hats inside). The nails protruding from the outside bends, making hooks up. Fixes nails from the inside with a glue gun.
Now you need to fix the rotary mechanism. In the lower shelf of the cabinet, in the center, drills a hole and inserting the anchor rod into it with screws fixes the bar on which the rotary mechanism to the shelf is located.
A circlip is installed inside the impeller drum. He puts a bucket on the core of the anchor and fixes it with a drum of the impeller.
Hangs the tool on the organizer in its place.
