In this article, consider three useful homemade from PVC pipes. Namely, a foam cutter, a hacksaw for metal and a selfie stick. For the manufacture of these homemade products, the author needed the following tools: industrial dryer, spring for bending pipes, glue gun, drill, pipe scissors, steel wire, vise.
Styrofoam cutter.
For the manufacture of the cutter, the author used the following materials: plastic pipe, nichrome wire, power supply, two bolts with a hook, plugs on the pipe, wires.
Having cut off the required length of the pipe, the author of the homemade product inserts a special spring inside it for bending the pipes. So that the spring can be easily pulled out, a rope is tied at its ends.
Then begins to heat the bend with a hairdryer.
It bends the heated place, giving the pipe the desired shape.
Excess length cuts. Drilling a hole in the bottom of the pipe pushes wires into it. Extends the black wire to one, and the red to the other end of the pipe.
Drills holes in the plugs and inserts bolts into them.
Screws the ends of the wires to the bolts, tightens with a nut.
Inserts plugs at the ends of the pipe.
For homemade work, the author used an adjustable power supply. I put a heat shrink tube on the output wires of the power supply unit. Soldered with torch wires.
Moving the heat shrink, he warmed it with a hairdryer.

Hacksaw for metal.
The following materials are needed for making a hacksaw: PVC pipe, cloth, steel wire, two spring washers.
Cut the pipe to size. Inserts a spring, heats with a hairdryer. Gives the pipe the shape of the letter C. The distance between the ends should be equal to the length of the hacksaw blade.
No matter what the hand glides, it makes a pen on one side. From the bend to the end of the tube, a steel wire is wound around it.
The ends of the wire fastens in a taut position.
When heated, the tube will try to take its original shape, so the author fastened the ends of the tube with electrical tape.
Heats the tube with a hairdryer, while pulling the wire. Thus, it makes coils over the entire surface of the handle.
The ends of the hacksaw should be flush. Trim them with scissors. At the ends in the middle he makes cuts.
Inserts a hacksaw cloth into cuts. Insert spring washers into the holes in the web.
The hacksaw is ready.
Selfie Stick.
For the manufacture of selfie sticks will be used: steel wire, plastic pipes of two diameters, plugs, clamp, bolt.
First, the author makes on one side of a PVC tube (larger diameter) turns using wire and a hairdryer.
On the other hand makes four cuts.
A tube of a smaller diameter should easily go inside the larger one, but not hang out in it. A hole is drilled at one end of the smaller tube. Then he warms the end with a hairdryer and gives it a flat shape.
The thread on the bolt should be the same as on the camera. Cutting off the ring from the tube of a smaller diameter, puts it on the cap of the bolt. Bolt clamps in a vice. Heating the ring with a hairdryer gives it the shape of a lamb.
Bends a thin tube, at a distance of 8-10 cm from the flat end, at a right angle. A bolt is inserted into the hole.
Paints the clamp in black.
He puts the clamp on the tube. Inserts a thin tube into a thick one and clamps it with a clamp. The use of a collar with a lamb will allow you to quickly change the length of the stick.
Glue the glue on the plug and glue it to the tube.
