The beach season is in full swing and on the beaches, as the saying goes, "the apple has nowhere to fall." All sunbeds and umbrellas are busy, and the sun burns mercilessly. Whatever it depends on beach services and not be afraid of the sun, the author homemade, decided to make a mobile canopy and, without delaying the matter in a long drawer, began to manufacture it.

Step 1: Fabric Making
First, the author prepared the fabric. For a canopy, you need a piece of fabric measuring 2.7 by 3.6 m. Having acquired a piece of fabric of the right size, I cut it in half. Then I sewed two pieces of fabric along the cut, making a stitch. Stitches the edges of the canvas, folding twice the seam. The result was a rectangular piece of canvas with a seam in the middle and around the edges.
Step 2: Install the eyelets
No matter what the rope breaks the fabric, grommets must be installed. It is necessary to install six eyelets, four in the corners and two in the middle.
First, attaching the grommet to the installation site, marks the inner diameter.

Step 3: Node
To fasten the canopy, you need to fasten the rope at the edges. Slices four pieces of rope two and a half meters.
Having threaded one end of the rope into the grommet, wrapped it three times around the rope and, passing the loops from above, firmly tightens the knot.
Step 4: Canopy Racks
For racks, the author used wooden sticks with a diameter of 19 mm. The length of the sticks, two at 1200mm and four at 750mm. Four straight and two angular couplings were used to fasten the racks together. For ease of use, the usual screws on the couplings have been replaced with thumbs.
Using sandpaper, it adjusts the seat for couplings on racks.It is necessary to grind carefully, no matter what weaken the mount.
Having installed the couplings, tightens the bolts. Then he unscrews the bolts and, having removed the coupling, drills a 4 mm hole in the seats of the bolts.
To make the racks easier to enter the ground with a knife, it sharpens the ends on two racks.
Step 5: Build the Canopy
Collects all the elements of the canopy. First, with the help of couplings, the frame is assembled. Assembles two vertical and one transverse strut. Fixes them among themselves with the help of angular couplings.
Having spread the fabric, it ties the transverse stand to the middle eyelet.
Step 6: Installing the Canopy
Now you can install the canopy. Raises the canopy and sinks the racks into the ground.
He knocks metal stakes in the corners and ties the ends of the ropes to them.
A canopy from the sun is ready. Under such a canopy you can hide with the whole family. Now you can enjoy your vacation without fear of sunburn.
