The author homemade There is a vibration grinder, but it is inconvenient to perform a number of operations on it. To grind the ends and small parts, he assembled a grinding machine from the engine from the washing machine.
The author connected the engine according to the standard scheme.
On top of the engine, for ease of movement, screwed the handle.
Then he cut a circle out of plywood. I drilled three through holes in a circle. Having put a circle to the flange, he outlined a place for bolts on it. Drilled a flange, cut a thread. Screwed the circle to the flange.
Cut out the bed from the board. Secured the corners on the engines. Screwed the engine to the bed.
Installed a capacitor, connected the wires.
I fastened two slats to the bed. I screwed a wooden shelf onto the slats.
I cut four anti-slip legs from rubber.
I screwed the legs from the bottom to the bed.
The machine is ready, now it remains to test it.
