When rewinding the armature of the collector motor, it becomes necessary to rivet the "cocks" of the collector. Since the anchor is made in the form of a cylinder, then when it hits the cockerel through the tip, it scrolls. This creates some inconvenience. To prevent the anchor from spinning, by homemade such a device was created.
Tools and materials:
-Bar 4 * 4 * 10 cm;
-Pen on 25;
-Two studs at 6;
-Eight nuts and washers on 6;
Drill with a drill at 6;
-A circular saw;
First, the author makes a hole in the center of the beam with a pen.
Then it cuts the bar in half and drills a hole at the edges with a drill.
It inserts studs and fixes on both sides with nuts.
The result was such a design.
Now, when riveted, the anchor will not spin.
Since the supports move, then for repair you can use anchors of different lengths.
