How to make a mini plane with a catapult from sticks from ice cream with your own hands!

Hello! Now it’s summer in the yard, and everyone probably has ice cream sticks, but not everyone knows what can be made of them, so today we’ll make a mini plane with a manual ejection!

And so for this we need:
-2 sticks of ice cream
- a piece of cardboard
-clip
plasticine nibble
gum

From the tools we need:
glue gun
-scissors
stationery knife

First you need to draw wings and a tail for our aircraft, with the shape and size of the wings you can experiment, it’s even more interesting.

Then cut out:

And glue them to the ice cream stick, which will serve us as a frame:

Now take a paper clip and bend it as shown in the pictures:

And firmly glue to the "nose" of our aircraft (you can also still thread it so that it is tighter):

Then we find the center of the plane and put a narrow object on whatever, the nose of the plane should outweigh the back, if it’s easier then you need to attach a piece of plasticine to the nose, I did not need it:

Let's start making the catapult, take another ice cream stick and make a hole in it:

Then insert the gum:

And tighten the loop:

This is how it should turn out:

Well, that’s it, here’s such a cool mini airplane.

In order to launch such an aircraft, you need to hook the gum on a paper clip, pull it and launch it, but in no case do not launch it in people!

Thank you all for your attention!

To be honest, I did not encounter a problem, my father got me, I don’t know where. He also loved to work with his hands, like his grandfather, both Air Force officers, there are still aircraft devices and various parts in the garage in the garage, all kinds of valves, fasteners, aviation connectors, in general, a lot of different things. Do not touch, leave for really meaningful ideas. And so I remember from the bundles of gum cut at the time, though not for toys, but for underwater guns.
rubber-engine helicopters, even rubber-engine submarine
In my childhood, a serious problem was to get "aviation" (they must remember, such a gum)! smile

that the whole airplane from a plastic bottle

Of course I understand that you are joking, but why not? In my childhood, I had a wonderful book, From Idea to Model, which described a huge number of different interesting toys, both controlled kites and rubber-powered helicopters, even a rubber-powered submarine. Now, no one remembers anything about this literature, because these are the “master classes” that have flooded the Internet, both on sites and on YouTube. People became too lazy to do well and efficiently, and from childhood on, this goes to adulthood. Sometimes you look, they cook something from metal, they take out the rustiest profile from the barn, cut it, cooked it - voila. Well, you take the witch of his Chukhan, well, there is a Bulgarian, cut her. Buy at least an enamel bottle, paint, do it right, it costs 100 rubles, it's not like you used to blow out a mouth and a home-made atomizer from ballpoint pens. But as a rule "and soooo come down" ...
Well, you could at least take the line ...
Yeah, give the ruler to you, and then you will say that in general the whole airplane is from a plastic bottle or another - which packaging to cut as a whole, and you can plug Elon Mask into your belt! But this is not our way! smile
Yes, I have nothing against children's creativity. I am against the fact that crafts of this level would be published as "master classes". The ratings amaze me, 10 Idea, 10 description, 10 execution ... seriously? Damn, the author didn’t even be able to drill a hole (the tongue doesn’t turn to be called a hole), he stuck it with a knife or something, and the “drawing” of the wing would have made me cry with burning tears even at primary school age. Well, you could at least take the line ...
Here she is the love of modern "do-it-yourselfers", shit and sticks, shit and sticks ...
Do you remember yourself at primary school age! Why not make it! Distracting the child from the tablet, at least for an hour - is already a plus! smile
