Installation and replacement of pipes during plumbing work is not complete without cutting individual elements into fragments of the desired size.
In order to cut the pipe evenly, we need the following not complicated tool. Using it, you can qualitatively cut the pipe, getting straight and neat edges at the cut points.
From the old measuring tape measure cut the tape about 50 cm, fold both ends and make two holes for the small screws. The diameter of the holes should be equal to the diameter of the screws. It remains only to tighten the ends with screws and the tool is ready.
To make an even cut, install the tool on the pipe and draw a marker around the pipe.
Using the example of a plastic pipe, you can see how even the pipe is cut off.
The next tool, a screwdriver with a so-called cardan.
Such a screwdriver allows you to work with connections located in hard-to-reach places, saving your time and effort.
To make it, grind the ends of the screwdriver and nozzle for the heads. Such a nozzle can be found in a screwdriver set with interchangeable bits.
Next, cut 2.5 cm from the bolt shaft by 14, use a grinder to make a groove on different axes relative to each other, about 8 mm deep. Next, we drill 3 mm holes on both sides, as well as collect the tool at the ends of the screwdriver and nozzle. After inserting a 8-hole nail into the holes, make two pins.
Try to unscrew the nut with such a screwdriver at an angle. Be sure, the result will please you.
If you need a small funnel, but you can’t find one in the store, then it can be made from a fuel filter.With a clerical knife, cut off the top of the filter and separate it with the contents. Such a funnel, you can pour liquid even into the narrowest neck.
Changing the drill in the drill, you accidentally can damage the cartridge and the drill is not always securely fixed. And this happens due to the fact that the key does not have enough leverage and its teeth slip through with a bang. To avoid this and make the replacement of drills quick and convenient, you need a screwdriver with a thick shaft.
Make a groove in the screwdriver for the key, and also grind the key rod so that you can install it in the groove. After the wrench is installed, drill a hole with a 3 mm drill and tighten with a small screw and nut.
The key is ready. Thanks to the lever from the screwdriver, a clamping ability is created, sufficient so that the teeth of the cartridge and key do not slip between themselves.
Compass from a joiner's square. Perhaps such a refinement of the tool is useful to anyone.
It is only necessary to drill a drill with a 2 mm hole at each point of the square starting from zero.
Having set the compasses on your chosen surface, insert the nail with the sharp end into the hole at the zero mark, and the marker, let's say into the hole at the mark of 12 cm, we get a circle of 22 cm.
Plus, such a compass has another convenient function, the "conductor". By resting the handle of the square against the edge of the chipboard or MDF plate and inserting the marker into the hole at the desired mark, you can easily draw straight parallel lines. This saves time, because you do not have to make several marks, and then connect them together.
