Newtonian fluid is a substance that is in a state of rest in a fluid state, but if it is hit, for example, it hardens almost instantly.
And so in order to make Newtonian fluid we need:
-capacity
potato starch
dyes (if desired)
-water
-empty glass
-and the wand we will stir everything
