I got such a boat "Progress", handed over to the scrap (bought). The side was torn, dragged from a frozen reservoir (to dope, drunk).
He laid his hands and that’s what they did. He did everything himself, in his own conditions. Eyes were afraid, and hands did. Why write, do not be afraid to do it yourself.

And then “the shoemaker remained without boots” - he wanted to do everything better for himself, he sold everything, and then again ... and they introduced tough measures. Now, only a licensed company has the right to carry out an examination of the trailer for suitability for traffic. And these are, as a rule, car factories. Accordingly, this is not a business for them, and they, if YOU need it, break the price! It’s easier to buy a trailer ready ... Yes, and they need to carry it, and not pull it - it is still not a vehicle!
So, so as not to be left without a trailer, I bought a rotten completely, but with documents "Zubrenok" for a penny. He welded another one onto his frame and assembled a “trolley” for about a ton of load capacity. Everything is better than nothing ...

With a boat, of course, the same thing - even for a rubber one has to get a "passport of a small boat", and for such a .....
In addition, according to our laws, lakes with a gasoline engine are not allowed to swim. Only in the rivers. And there are not so many rivers in Belarus for us to suit this boat ...
