Mini-cabinet for the game Darts, made of improvised means. The main source material for its creation were ordinary pallets.

Description of the manufacture of wall-mounted mini-cabinet for playing Darts.
Step One: Dismantling the pallets.
As already mentioned, the main material for creating the cabinet was pallets, or rather the boards from which they were made. But to get these boards, pallets must be taken apart. Therefore, armed with a hammer and a claw hammer, the author set to work.
The photo below clearly shows what kind of problem the author encountered. Since the nails were too bent into the boards, it was difficult to get them out, and some of them were slightly damaged when they were removed.
Having dealt with the first pallet, the author proceeded to the second. This time he decided to try using a reciprocating saw. Thanks to what disassembly turned out much cleaner without such visible damage to the boards.
Step Two: Preparing the Boards
Then it was necessary to process the boards. To do this, we used a grinding machine with an 80 grit sandpaper. The boards from the first pallet, which had the most visible defects, were especially carefully worked out.
After eliminating most of the visual defects and smoothing the surface of the boards, a stain was applied to their surface with a uniform layer.
After applying the stain, the boards were left to dry completely, and then sanded again.
Step Three: Study the design of the cabinet and marking.
The next step began work on the design of the future cabinet. To start, the boards were stacked in one row, and a target for playing Darts was laid on them. Further, according to the target, marking and fitting of the size of the future locker were made. Thus, the cabinet body gathered around the target.To make the product look more pleasant, the boards were subject to additional processing.
Then the contact parts of the boards were further processed on a woodworking machine for a more tight connection at the joints.
Step Four: Assembly of the cabinet.
Then the author proceeded directly to the assembly. For this, the boards that should create the back wall of the cabinet were glued and clamped with clamps.
It was decided to assemble the frame without using the corners, instead they used a spike connection as shown in the photographs.
Cutouts were made using a hacksaw, after which grooves were smoothed for a snug fit.
After assembly, the frame was attached to the shield with self-tapping screws.
Step Five: Doors.
After the main part of the wall cabinet for Darts was completed, the author proceeded to create side doors. For this, the boards were glued to each other in the same way as the back wall of the cabinet.
After the glue had dried, the doors were rounded to give a more aesthetic appearance. Then a stain was applied to the surface of the doors, they were polished, and a small drawing was applied to the outer surface of one of the doors.
Step six: final assembly of the product.
After preparing all the details, the author proceeded to the final assembly of the cabinet. The side doors were hinged and a Darts target set inside. Also on the sides of the doors were a pair of planks that would carry the function of holders for darts.
Then the whole structure was covered with several layers of varnish.
Tables were also made to record the results of the game. They were made of birch veneer, on which two layers of paint were applied. A bronze marker was used to draw the table.
