DIY greenhouse casket

Dear visitors of the site, the article presented to your attention will deal, as you probably guessed from the name, about the technology of creating an easy-to-use greenhouse, popularly called a casket. This name characterizes its design itself, because it has an opening arched half made of metal-plastic pipes and a reinforced plastic film. The cover is fastened by hinges twisted with the old of furniture:) due to them, the greenhouse lid opens and closes, which is very convenient during operation.

We look at the review of the greenhouse

And so consider what I needed to create a greenhouse.

Materials
1) board 30 cm
2) metal-plastic pipe 16 mm 8 meters
3) reinforced plastic film
4) a bar with a section of 40 mm
5) sheet metal 0.7 mm
6) Particleboard
7) nails
8) wood screws

Instruments
1) shovel
2) ax
3) hammer
4) a hacksaw
5) screwdriver
6) nail clipper
7) roulette
8) pencil
9) scissors

And so for a start, a small depression is made about the bayonet of a shovel, this is quite enough. Deepening into the surface of the earth will provide a more optimal temperature for seedlings growing in it.
Then everything is leveled up neatly. And proceed to digging grooves under the posts of timber.
I insert the bars into the recesses obtained, and bury them with earth while carefully tamping.
Next, sawed off in size 2 timber, which will make up the frame of the greenhouse.
And so I dug in all 4 columns of timber with a section of 40 mm.
Next, I sew on the top of the planks of the plank in the end parts of the greenhouse.
Then horizontally I also found a couple of bars.
And on the basis of the received skeleton, he proceeded to the construction of the box.
It is possible to lay all kinds of branches inside, dry leaves, sawdust, this is necessary so that in the process of decaying the laid material gives out useful elements and, of course, heat.
Then I continue to finish the box.
In the resulting bunker, I fill up the earth formed during the digging of the recess for the greenhouse.
I fill somewhere more than half, because then the earth will shrink and decrease in volume.
Along the edges of the greenhouse made sand dumping.
I make the frame of the opening door.
I fasten the slats in the corners, screwing them onto the screws.
I fasten the resulting frame with loops from old Soviet furniture, by the way, if you have old furniture and you are going to throw it away, first think carefully about whether you need it :) better bring it to the country house and make something out of it, because the boards will fit any homemade product in the country.
I fasten along the entire length of the resulting frame.
I’m testing :) everything works fine :)
Then, on the frame, I install arcs from a metal-plastic pipe, I just screwed it with screws on the bottom and that's it.
And so in this way I fixed 3 arcs at the same distance.
I also try to open and close with fixed arcs.
I pull the reinforced plastic film onto the resulting structure.
Here is the result.
I'm trying to open a ready-made greenhouse.
Everything is wonderful, but there are not enough automatic holders of the greenhouse lid :) It’s not so convenient to put up sticks every time. Such an idea came, to place the rails of the desired length along the edges of the lid by screwing it on the screws in the upper part. When you open them automatically, they will be pulled out and locked under the weight of the door.
That's what I ended up with :)
He worked on the greenhouse all day long, until it got dark.
After a while, they planted seedlings of cucumbers, they were very comfortable in the greenhouse and they went well.
We are very pleased with this greenhouse, simple and easy to maintain, there is no hassle. The only minus is that the box is made of wood and will not last for a long time, but if you have slate or sheet metal, then it is naturally better to make of a material that can not be rotted.

This concludes my tale, I hope you enjoyed it :) Thank you for your attention! Come visit the bowl, do not miss the latest in the world of homemade goods!

Who has their own site, such homemade products are always full. “Sculpt” and “sculpt”, then one is the other. What is temporary, and what is for “centuries”. This design is no exception. I support my colleagues, it is gratifying that this is done with my own hands and described (but not torn off).

I will not say much, "dry leaves" author. rather correctly fallen, their dryness is not needed. On the contrary, dampness is needed. Ideally, this is manure, which "burning out" will give heat.
If you use (as suggested by the author), it is advisable to lay all this in crushed form. The denser it is (less fraction), the better the "reaction". Larger fractions may not work at all.
Fine. The man collected the thing he needed from which it was unnecessary!)))). Cucumbers grew, but their prime cost did not increase.))). And it will rot - so by then unnecessary boards will appear again ...)))).
A practical approach is felt ....
PS. Not sarcasm! I really think so! ..
Plus already for the fact that this is really done by yourself.
The only thing I would definitely do for such a design was to limit the possibility of opening more than the standard value by tying a couple of ropes between the hinged part and the box. In a normal environment, this does not seem to be necessary, but a strong gust of wind can tear out the fastening of the hinges and knock over the sail cover.
