This article will discuss how to make a modern boombox out of a radio receiver, 1964. The combination of the old case and modern audio equipment sometimes gives interesting results.
Tools and materials:
-Radio;
Amplifier Sony 12V HiFi;
-12 V battery;
-Charger;
- Aluminum sheet;
-Wire;
-Radio and electrical components;
-A pen;
-Dynamics;
-Rubber legs;
Step 1: Disassembly
Parses the radio. Removes old radio components that interfere with the installation of the amplifier and battery.
Step 2: Prop
Cut and install, made of aluminum, support.
Step 3: Install Components
The author left the front panel buttons and the board. One of the buttons will turn on the boombox.
Installed a battery and charger.
Made a support for the amplifier. Installed the support and amplifier.
Installed connectors.
Set the backlight and sound potentiometer.
Step 4: Handle and Feet
Set the handle, reinforcing the mount.
Set the legs.
Step 5: Speakers
