DIY battery burner

Hello everyone, dear friends, today I will show you a wonderful idea on how to make a portable burner. Such a burner can operate on two finger batteries.

Necessary materials:
- 2 syringes
- the wire
- batteries
- 2 needles from a syringe

Step 1: First, take two needles, and insert a piece of wire into them, and fix them with glue. As pictured.
Step 2: Using a glue gun, glue two syringes together.
Step 3: Dress the needles, and bend the wire, as shown in the photo.

Step 4: Next, you need to bend the needles so that they barely touch each other.
Step 5: Next, take the wire and attach it to the pistons of the syringe. After we do this, insert the batteries and pistons.

And now our portable burner is ready! It will start to work if we close our system by pressing the piston to the batteries.

Ivan, maybe I put it wrong, I mean highly professionally made. And this is a different level. Amateur and professional.

On this site, such use of needles has previously been proposed.

I am in the know and if you noticed I didn’t refer to this particular construction.

The fact is that winter in Ukraine is more benign and practically do not wear felt boots there. And there is practically no wool (sheep), there are pigs

We, Belarusians, are apparently a “transition” between Ukrainians and Russians. : laughing: We have both this and that - we hold both pigs and sheep, we carry both felt boots and fur coats.
And sheepskin coats in Ukraine from which then sewed, if there are not enough sheep? We remember, like frosts, the whole village in the same "uniform" - sheepskin coats ("casings") of bright orange-brown color with colored cross-stitch and felt boots (necessarily with galoshes).
Grandfather, by the way, was making hides. (Shil sheepskin coat another person). And he made vulcanized improvised galoshes from the cargo chambers - the purchases were small, and he did it higher, to the lower leg, so that he would walk into the forest with felt boots and the snow would not fill the galoshes ...

Yes, and here some nice things come across, but the bulk are what ordinary people did.
Following your logic, ordinary people can not do "good things"? In addition, the bulk of the descriptions presented here are rewritten, sometimes with distortions, from other sites.

For Valery! Manual felling of felt boots is very difficult and harmful.

This is not "for Valery"! Valery knows. blush

Grandfather was laying boots on the whole village. And "broke" and repaired. (I, it seems, wrote - his name was Mishka the master in the village. He knew how to do everything)))))). And as a kid I turned around him and “helped” - on long winter evenings, a kid in the village is any occupation - have fun! and, moreover, something so interesting here. (One program went on a black-and-white tube TV.). I and all the pads remained - I kept it as a keepsake. Sometimes the thought comes to dump boots. But now the problem is with wool))). And then we had a lot of our own sheep.) Yes, and there is no time .... Yes, and they do not need me ...
I can describe it step by step, but who needs it now? Yes, and in the internet it probably is. If you have questions, I will answer.

I think that if you hadn’t just described it step by step, but made and posted step-by-step photos, it would be interesting to many ..... Only now ... It is unlikely that you will do it. For the same reasons as I ...

felt boots or sew cloaks (as in Ukraine)

And what, burki - is it Ukrainian? We wore both one and the other - both felt boots and cloaks. Someone felted, someone sewed. Therefore, I thought that everywhere. Burkas are softer and lighter, felt boots are warmer, simple.
... And what, in Russia, do not sew burkas?

For all!!!
We noticed that the more discussions there are, the simpler (more primitive) the product. And if the principle is not entirely clear, we’ll also overtake. Here we are all Kulibins.
Scroll through suggested topics eg tractor, tracked all-terrain vehicleamphibian, and so on. Silence, you need to think and understand this, but where to get it. That's about a knife with a rope, everything seems clear to us, but why is there a complicated knife and rope. How much mind was enough and made conclusions, without actually checking. It painfully often recalls him, so he gave an example.
It is important to make out and find the highlight of the proposed utility. Very often simple things done are in the future simply necessary useful for us.

blush For example, what shortcomings did you see in me? Correct !!!!
I have one drawback, I can’t be silent when I see "mediocrity and emptiness." Here, of course, I'm wrong.
Why do I need this ?!
Maksim!!! Well, what can we argue and discuss about? When is it difficult for you to understand even things like a knife with a rope? (What does he not give you all peace ?, and you try to do it, thank you, tell me, as those who applied it.)
Some kind of children's reasoning, which I wrote about.
Well, imagine this, how to fall, so that the knife would be under you and with the tip directed to the body? And if you fall with a knife in your hand (without a rope), then of course you first throw the knife away, and then bang ?! Absurdity, isn't it?
And read the posts carefully, without malice in the eyes.
Example...

blush You won’t believe how right you are; my friends call me “Master” and “Head !!!” . And I do everything myself, any “trinket” made by me, you won’t find exactly that.
So Maxim, study while there is an opportunity with anyone.
Pogranec, you read the wrong ones. They will tell you about the "6 technological way". They have “good” salaries for such talk.
Innovation is something that does not fall under the INVENTION (this is simplified). And sales under rationalization! Question: Is it possible to patent Innovation? Not. Tk there are no signs of the invention. The renaming of Militiai to Politsa is Innovation. And there are costs, but the output is reasoning (about utility, about rapprochement with the West, etc.)
I ran through several articles on the topic of "innovation." All the same, this is a broader concept than an invention. More precisely, an invention may be included in innovations (along with other conditions), but may not be included. Not a prerequisite. Rather, a set of different components for production efficiency and, accordingly, sales, economic benefits. Maybe I'm wrong, but as I understand it.
Here fuss about the terms, most likely. Type Homemade = Invention. But, there are definitions for a long time. So, many of the local homemade products fall under the definition of rationalization. And since we have few inventions, in the upper manuals we have already introduced a new term - Innovation.
Quote from the Internet: Innovator's Day is a holiday celebrated by everyone who is in any way connected with the Faculty of Innovation of St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University.

Dear, I do it myself, from your read comments, I have drawn a conclusion for myself. That I’m a krivoruky, who only needs to blind something. And you, I look straight at the golden pens, I would say HANDLES. Having looked at your content on the site, I saw that there is not one homemade product, but only life hacks, for example: a knife with a rope is just a masterpiece, you walk through the woods with a knife on a rope, stumble and fall onto a knife. God forbid that they should not get hurt. You feel sorry to lose a knife or it’s better to get hurt. And I did the Burner for those who need it a couple of times. History: My friend wanted a portrait of his sister for her birthday. to do, but nothing to burn out. Searched, searched and did not find had to buy. Burned out once and now lies idle. And this homemade a couple of times and come down.

Well, what am I talking about? Useless.
Well, what have the details to do with it, the example is given by itself. And no matter how many wheels your typewriter had.

No need to imagine trinkets as a functional tool!

Any "trinket" must demonstrate something and teach something. Otherwise, this is not a trinket, but a dummy.

Are you fixated on children, do we have children's creativity here? Or are we now able to do only such homemade products?

Photos about the usefulness and functionality of trinkets.

felt boots or sew cloaks (as in Ukraine)

And what, burki - is it Ukrainian? We wore both one and the other - both felt boots and cloaks. Someone felted, someone sewed. Therefore, I thought that everywhere. Burkas are softer and lighter, felt boots are warmer, simple.
... And what, in Russia, do not sew burkas?
And again about this. It turns out that any thing made by you is a homemade product and has nothing to do with the invention? And how does it differ from similar homemade products of the same kind?

Let me express my point of view, although I have not been asked a question.

Yes, dumped boots, or sewed cloaks - homemade. Only for you it is commonplace, and for the current young generation of "masters" - exotic. ))) And if you lay out step-by-step instructions how to dump felt boots at home, without machine tools, many will be grateful to you and try to repeat ... Because now nobody ever knocks boots at home. And someone will be interested ...

Any thing done with one's own hand is home-made. Some of them contain the ideas and inventions of the author, some do not. It is in different planes. But in these second “idea” is the choice of materials and manufacturing methods available at HOME ...
I agree that "from a ready-made set" is not homemade. It’s more difficult with the machine - I didn’t take it ready then. There were only axles from other machines and the motor, it seems, from an automatic machine gun or a machine gun.)))) The chassis itself was made from a board - otherwise the dimensions of the motor would not match ...
So it was homemade !!!! ))))): wink:

The conversation is not about what I'm leading. I mean that there is a criterion of "functional / non-functional", and it is not directly related to the criterion of "need / no need to post on this site."
You can place everything! (Which is not from the "ready-made sets"). No need to imagine trinkets as a functional tool!
Just write like that: I showed how to make a "working toy" that you can repeat with the children for their development. ".... Well ... or play a game yourself ...: smirk:

P.S. And even that "from ready-made sets" can be placed here. Only in the topic "Tips" ... And not homemade.
Valery, you somehow turned everything upside down, mixed everything in a row. Understand as you see fit.
There is no sense or desire to prove or dispute.
The fact is that almost every homemade product has its own peculiarity. Do you repeat a famous thing or do a completely new one. Homemade - do it yourself !!! But if you assembled furniture from a ready-made set, this is not home-made. And if you have adapted a motor to a finished machine, this is not homemade either. It is you who "finished" the finished construction. And this refinement may be an invention.
And here, dear Delausyus, let me disagree with you. More precisely, do not quite agree ....
You in this discussion, it seems to me, confuse the topic a bit.
If I understand correctly, your point of view: "1. Only home-made products that have some PRACTICAL meaning are worthy of publication. 2. In addition, they should carry some original idea! (Correct if I misunderstood, please)

On the first point: I remember how in my early school age I did similar home-made products. The same “apple feeder” (I recall - it was a vertical pipe filled with apples through a funnel, and with a “tricky” spring-loaded valve — when pulling a cord, one apple rolled onto a plate.))))). There were cars with an “electric drive” (a motor from some toy was fitted to the machine, and the transmission was made from an elastic band from a bicycle camera. The control was through a wire, and only forward and backward.) There was a “flashlight” - battery 3336, to the short contact of that- a rubber bulb of 3.5 V is pressed in. When you press a long one, it touches the base and the “flashlight” lights up.) There was a “pocket fan” (a screw was mounted on a motor with a “crown”.) ...
... None of them were of practical importance! All of them were inferior in parameters to their purchased counterparts! (Except for the “feeder”, of course. There are no analogues !!))))))
But!!! They were INTERESTING TO MAKE !!! Who originally invented them is not known, but when someone saw such things, all the boys immediately began to make similar ones for themselves !!! THAT WAS INTERESTING!
... And, perhaps, I would THEN try to repeat such a burner (although I had a "Dwarf", and I would definitely make a "saw" from a cork!)))))))
And this is normal. Not only that, it is very good! Let the boys come off the computers and cut with a hacksaw / glue it !!! And they don’t need, like us, to see the prototype of a neighbor’s boy - they will see it on this site !!!
... I hate only that the age of these "boys" is now higher than it was before ...

On the second point: Here I agree with Pogranets.Homemade is not necessarily an invention! It can be a repetition (not a copy) of a completely foreign idea.
An invention is an apple-feeder! : smiley:

I think you are confusing the concepts of "homemade" and "invention."

And again about this. It turns out that any thing made by you is a homemade product and has nothing to do with the invention? And how does it differ from similar homemade products of the same kind?
It turns out heaped boots, this is home-made (a hundred pieces similar to each other, like two drops of water DIY). So spin the drum, to whom the prize. All are equal, it will not be offensive.
But if you dump unusual (all in all) felt boots or sew cloaks (like in Ukraine), here you have the homemade product and the invention.

I think you are confusing the concepts of "homemade" and "invention."

I expressed my vision on this issue and I think quite clearly outlined the position of "teach children." And I don’t confuse anything, the homemade product is very close to the invention. An invention is not always an entire installation; it may be a small part of it.
They used it in the same burner to heat the needle, this is an invention (though primitive), but sometimes it can help out. But to use diodes (current converters) instead of bolts, complete stupidity (although also the invention of the author).
I think you are confusing the concepts of "homemade" and "invention."
Let me disagree with you. We, too, were boys and taught us, and we taught our children (and we teach) and we learn all the time. BUT! Let them be made with the mind and hands, do not drag any rubbish here. We also did not have machines and drills, especially shuriks and milling machines. I already wrote that every thing done should have a “highlight” that others do not have. And it doesn’t matter if it is a rope or a paper clip, its main advantage (originality) and necessity. The same; - a paper clip, a button, a nail, a screw, a knot, a wedge, a chisel, a hammer ... simple things invented by man, without which we can not do today.
And children need to be taught good things, how to do things right and good, and not somehow blinded from what was. So your child will come up with such rubbish and "Laikes" to distribute the same. And why take a steam bath and it will do. ("Vovka in the Far Far Away Kingdom").
I am surprised at you gentlemen. For prof. homemade there are specialized sites. In electronics, construction, etc. Yes, and here some nice things come across, but the bulk are what ordinary people did. Right, wrong, even or clumsy, but with your own hands. Someone has the opportunity to buy an engraver, and someone will do this and will be happy. Someone will buy a burner, and another will make it so that the child once did an article for his mother from March 8th. And if both of them will do it so double joy for the child. These people at least do something and spread it. And they vaccinate their children (in the modern school, there is not even a drawing, they cannot read the drawing). And you are not immediately pros in some areas of steel.
Well no. This is a homemade site! DEMANDED homemade goods !! I am also sad about this, but now they are in REQUEST, basically, just like that. And once in demand, it means that they must be presented ....
... Here is an example. My daughter needed a sufficiently “powerful” mobile computer to work. She does the main work on a stationary one, therefore, a netbook could become the optimal solution. It, unlike a laptop, can be put in a woman’s handbag.)))))
... But what do we see? ... Netbooks are discontinued, "as a form"! .. Their "niche" was occupied by tablet computers ...
And try to put "ArchiKad", "vtokad" and a bunch of similar programs on the tablet, in which only distributions "weigh" several gigabytes !!! Yes, and then work with them, poking a finger at the screen! ))))))... This is just unreal!
But most consumers do not use a mobile computer for serious work, but for "shooting tanks", putting photos with pasta into instagrams and collecting likes on social networks .... Therefore, manufacturers will not produce goods claimed by 2 percent of the population, although their goals are more worthy of respect !!!
Sadly, but a fact ... Current generations, in view of the relative "satiety", will no longer be engaged in "practical mummy-making." They want to go and buy ready-made .... But to do it yourself - only "for the soul" ...
... And this site, (as it should be), is designed for the "mass consumer". And this, unfortunately, is not you and I ...
Valery, yes, I see all these homemade products and I am surprised at the number of views and discussions. Praise, clap, like. Mind, a lot is not necessary. I just can’t understand why this is all here. This is what the site
"Can you imagine a wondrous thing?"
And you have not paid attention so far that a lot of homemade products are assembled here by "children" ... With the goal of "Wow! It turned out cool! I'll show the guys !!!" blush

Look at this, at least: Very necessary news!

View Leader !!! 113 classes !!!!

... Infantilism of the nation, so to speak ...))))))
I can’t get rid of desire, ask: - “Why do you need such a burner? To play?”
... There was an idea to photograph and put it here. But it was the thought about the contest that stopped her!

And then what section topics and discussions? It’s not necessary to go directly to the contest, just lay out blanks, ideas with and without photos, there is no difference - this section is for this purpose.

I took the battery from Ta-57, from the "vole" I separated one (copper) core sideways, hung a piece of cotton from the mattress on it and closed the contacts with it. You can not reach for the battery with a cigarette, and even give a light to your comrades, the cotton burns for a long time.))))))

Just like that - I would have laid it out. And for the contest, I think something more serious is needed. )
