A very original idea of making panels for small parts from plastic bottles.
And so let's get started.
Materials:
1. Plastic bottles (5 pcs.)
2. A bar (30 cm. By 6 cm.)
3. Whetstone
4. Sandpaper
Instruments:
1. The knife
2. Glue gun
3. Scissors
To begin with, we need to cut out such blanks from bottles as shown in the photo.
Next, we cut off all the excess to the protruding ring, we do this with a knife. This must be done very carefully so as not to get hurt.
In the end, this is what we should get.
After you have cut off everything unnecessary, we take the workpiece and on the grindstone we remove the burrs and grind it to the ring, as a result, we should get a smooth surface.
We perform this procedure with the remaining five bottles.
Then we take our bar and begin to clean it with sandpaper, if desired, you can still varnish.
Further, when we cleaned the bar and made all the blanks, we can proceed to gluing our panel. We put glue on the protruding ring and glue it to the bar, we also perform this procedure with the rest of the workpieces.
In the end, this is what we should get. It is best to use milk bottles, as they are large in diameter.
Here we have such a beautiful panel. You can put anything there (fishing hooks, bolts, cogs, resistors, capacitors, etc.). This panel can still be fixed on the screws in your the garage or in your workplace.
