Using an ax, we trim this workpiece, and give the shape of a rectangular beam.
Here is what should happen. Next, we process it from all sides with a planer, and clean it with sandpaper.
Here is what should happen. The dimensions are as follows: height-2 cm, width-3 cm, length-60 cm. We drill holes for the teeth, drill 10 mm., The distance between the holes is 5 cm.
Below the holes we drill one more through, but already with a drill of 12 mm, tilting a little, so that we get holes at an angle.
Now let's start making teeth. The dimensions should be as follows: height-10 cm, diameter-1 cm.
To do this, I took the rest of the log and cut it into 3 even parts of 10 cm.

We take the teeth and “drive” them into the holes with a hammer or mallet.
The result is an almost finished rake.
We proceed to the manufacture of a rake handle. To begin with, we clear the pole from the bark, and split it from the beginning of the stem by 30-40 cm, previously wrapping it with wire. And dry for 7-8 days.
In the end, you should get such a "fork".
At the forks we make such roundings as in the photo with a knife, diameter 12 mm .. And the handle is ready.
In 12 mm holes made in advance, we drive a fork into the corresponding holes.
