Cooking method:
Equipment: 50 liter mortar mixer.
Materials:
cement M-400, 500
sand
PVA emulsion
sawdust
Cooking:
pour one bucket of sand into the mortar mixer and one bucket of cement;
in one bucket of water we breed one glass of PVA emulsion;
pour in a mortar mixer in the prepared cement-sand mixture half a bucket of water with
PVA emulsion and turn on the mixer;
after obtaining a homogeneous mixture in the solution mixer, gradually add 6 buckets of sawdust;
simultaneously with the addition of sawdust, gradually add water from PVA.
The output should be a wet (but not raw) ready-made mixture for insulation of the floor.
We determine the readiness of the mixture: with a trowel, pour the finished mixture onto a plane - the mixture should not spread out on the surface, it should remain in the form of a slide.
The volumetric weight of the dry mix is 250-350 kg / m3.
In the design, the mixture does not lose its original shape, i.e. it does not sit down, does not burn, it is suitable for insulation of both vertical and horizontal structures. But there are also negative qualities - a very weak bearing capacity, i.e. It must be protected from direct vertical loads.
