Lighter manufacturing process do it yourself.

And so, for starters, the author found photographs of the same diving helmet, which has an ovoid shape. According to the author, this is an excellent form for the lighter reservoir, because it will fit a larger amount of gasoline and one refueling will last for a long time.Having carefully studied the photograph, the author began preparing the material and its subsequent processing, namely, making the lighter body, for this a copper plate was taken and an oval shape was knocked out using a wooden cylinder.Then all the details of the case are soldered together.The thread on top is also soldered.Next, the author makes a lighter cap.Makes decorating design elements. That's what they look like.The resulting blanks are soldered to the cap. Then the resulting cap is subjected to grinding.Next, the master proceeds directly to the manufacture of the viewing windows of the helmet.Soldered.Here is the result.All unnecessary is removed and lightly polished.The chair on this lighter, as planned by the author, will be removable.Clamped in a vice and processed.Additional items were made.Soldering.
