Materials and tools for homemade:

- 212cc engine (can be done on the basis of others);
- a frame with wheels from karting (well, or you can do it yourself);
- parts for chain transmission (engine connection);

Step one. Engine installation
Since the author of the homemade product already had a ready-made frame from karting, he began assembling with the installation of the engine. The engine is mounted with bolts and nuts. It will be good if the engine is mounted on pillows, this will reduce vibration.
As for the transmission, the engine is connected to the wheel using a chain. The chain needs to be adjusted in length, for which chain locks will be needed. It is also important to note that the engine mounts must be made so that the motor can be moved, this will allow you to tighten the chain.
Step two Modifying the frame
Since the chair simply cannot be installed on the go-kart frame, it will need to be finalized, for such purposes a grinder will be needed. Using it, you need to cut off all those elements that interfere with the installation of the chair.
To make the frame for attaching the chair, square pipes and metal legs from the chair were needed. Well, then the whole structure is connected by welding.
Step Three Steering wheel installation
Since the author cut off the fastenings of the frame that held the steering wheel, now they will have to be welded again at a different angle. Also, the steering wheel will have to be shortened in length.
