Hello everybody. Prices for radiators in our time are biting. I decided to make a LED lamp for plants from a matrix of 50 watts. I will try to use the capacitor of the old air conditioner.
I cut a sheet of aluminum 20 by 20 cm and a thickness of 5 mm and fixed a 50 watt matrix to it through thermal grease.
I cut a piece of 20 by 20 cm from the capacitor and screwed it to the plate.
After an hour of operation, the temperature of the radiator rose to 31 degrees.
As you can see, forced cooling is not required. It remains to make a suitable case and suspensions.
