This article will discuss how to make an unusual LED lamp. Based on this project, it will be possible to produce a decorative lamp that meets your needs.

Step One: The Case
The author made the lamp housing out of wood. The author chose a chock with a rotten core.
I sawed the chock along and removed the core with a chisel. For the lamp I used both halves.

Step Two: LEDs
Across the interior of the case, seven plates of LEDs fit. The author placed the plates in the following order: two white + RGB + white + RGB + two white. Set plates on the entire surface of the body. I made the power of the LED plates in such a way that when one burned out, the rest continued to receive power. All wires covered with liquid insulating composition, and then hot melt adhesive.
Step Three: Jewelry
A decorative coating in the form of fragments of automobile glasses and jewelry will be installed on top of the LED plates.
For better diffusion of light, the author heated them in a frying pan and lowered them into cold water. Then he took them out and warmed them with a burner. Glass covered with a network of cracks.
Further, the author fills the cavity with jewelry and epoxy. So that the resin does not leak, sticks tape.

Glues the glass along the edge of the body.
Step Four: Grinding
After hardening, the resin polishes the surface, cleans sharp edges.

Step Five: Stand
For the stand, the author used a board from the "Russian Olive wood" of the Russian olive tree))).
Covered the board with epoxy in several layers.
Two halves of the lamp will be mounted on a stand from different sides, forming, as it were, a frame. The author outlines the halves on the stand.
Cuts a template for the bottom of the halves from cardboard.Using the template transfers to the stand marks for mounting holes.
Drills holes in the stand and fixes the halves of the lamp on it.
Fixes the LEDs on the stand, covers them with glasses.
Decorates the edges of the stand.
The lamp is ready. According to the author, the photos could not convey all the shades of color.
