Optional audio amplifier for laptop or tablet

Very good audio amplifier.
I purchased a block
I really liked the amplifier. Sound at times much more than on a laptop.
Built-in volume control, and power off. True, in my case, you need to pull out the power plug from the outlet.

I found old speakers in my pantry, I don’t even know what they were from. But inside there were only speakers.

And I decided to strengthen my laptop, make the music a little louder.
So, let's begin.

Two small speakers ..
Amplifier

Power supply from the phone. The voltage at the output of the power module must not exceed 5.5 V. Otherwise, the board will become very hot.
Soldering iron and some wires.

And most importantly, that costs an absolute penny.

And so we will analyze our columns.

In the upper part of the column we make a hole for attaching the volume control.

Or a drill, or using an awl and a set of files.

We adjust the hole and temporarily fix the board to the speaker body. To check the fit.

Now let's start soldering.
When you enlarge the picture, you can clearly see the photo of connecting the amplifier.

First, I connected the audio input to the amplifier. You can use a headphone cable.

In the center, I soldered, as they say, a lot (this is a braid from the headphones).
And the other two are in the drawing, on the edges.

We connect the power., Also from the picture. We fix it with hot glue.

And finally, two speaker outputs. For the conclusion of the wires, we make the grooves of the files. And also fix them with hot glue.

Putting the case together and the amplifier is ready.

Between
it’s hard to call such a speaker “cheap”
and
cheapest comp.columns?
significant difference! I did not call them dear, I called them
not the cheapest speakers
! Really saw something that can not be called speakers!
If only “4 Om” from the marking, then it is difficult to name such a speaker as “cheap”.
so the current consumption is small.

The first USB-2.0 standard provided a load current of up to 0.5A. Thrifty Chinese squinted slyly and said: "Halaso, but all ports in total!" Really encountered in practice!
Judging by the designation - the cheapest.
Perhaps you forgot what the cheapest speakers look like, or maybe you haven’t seen it at all. Recently opened the speakers for 175 rubles, I, naive, thought I had seen quite a lot of Chinese de junk, how wrong I was!

it was not easier to buy the cheapest comp.column?
And do it yourself? This is much more interesting! And, by the way, more useful. ;)

Not every laptop will like it!
The 4-ohm microcircuit has 90% efficiency, so the current consumption is small.

why not use power on USB?
It would be much more correct to output the power to the microUSB connector on the column or solder the “tail” with the USB dad, while gaining versatility: if you want, stick it in the port, you want it in the memory.

I always have a shortage of USB ports!
But this is truly true!

Not every laptop will like it! I always have a shortage of USB ports! Well, the itch of creativity!
The manufacturing itself is commendable, but,
it was not easier to buy the cheapest comp.column?
cost literally from a couple of hundred rubles.

the second point that I noticed - why not use power for USB? the same 5 volts, an extra free socket in the house)
