I need a mini-machine. The functionality consists in the simplest manipulation: a cable in PVC with a diameter of 2 mm is wound up with a loop and clamped with an iron bracket. The output is a 17 cm cable with a loop. The cable can come in just like a drum (drum weight 20 kg, 3800 meters of cable, or separately chopped cables 19 cm long (17 cable and 2 cm loop)

I doubt that the cable with a diameter of 2 mm so easily bends. Moreover, the loop is only 2 cm. It will turn out a very cool hall. In the knot you need to put something like a broach.
