The process of creating a refuelable lighter do it yourself.

In our world today, it’s quite difficult to stand out and emphasize your individuality, because markets and shops are filled with consumer goods, but there are really few really high-quality things and objects. For this reason, the master is engaged in the manufacture of unique handmade lighters, which in fact brings satisfaction in a creative and financial sense.

The master performs all his work exclusively from non-ferrous metals such as copper and brass, which over time are covered with a noble and beautiful patina.

And so, the author takes a brass nut and installs it in the chuck of the lathe, makes the boring of the inner part by removing the threaded part.
Then the neck covers and the burner are turned.
The holder for a wheel is made.
Filler necks on the main and additional tank.
In a bored nut, holes are drilled for installing filler neck.
From a brass sheet and a tube, a partition and an overflow tube with a valve are made.
The needle valve will protect against uncontrolled flow of gasoline.
The partition is installed in the inner part of the lighter body and soldered to the PIC.
The fillers are installed.
The partition is made in such a way that it divides the lighter from the inside into 2 unequal parts of the main 40% of the area and an additional 60% where liquid gas will be stored, and cotton wool is filled in the main chamber and saturated with gasoline.
Then the wick from the Zippo lighter is installed with the copper wire woven into it.
The main tank is stuffed with cotton.
Replaces the chair.
Using a syringe, refuel lighter tanks are refilled.
The author secured the chain to the cap so that when opening and closing it would not lose a small part.

The master made the side walls with the help of coins, on the front side of 1 penny with the image of “King George the 5th”.
And on the second side of the case is a coin with a dignity of half a penalty with the image of the ship and the year of issue.
That's actually such a wonderful lighter turned out.
Next, the author unscrews the cap.
And it lights, everything worked the first time, because the master strengthened the spring.
Everything burns perfectly, the author coped with the task perfectly.

Such wonderful and unique gizmos are made by our author, which you will not find in any of the stores.

The master advises enthusiastic and creative people to develop their abilities, because your hobby can be turned into a source of additional income, which in our time is quite important.
