Hello to all lovers homemade. In childhood, children need to move more in order to fully develop, for this the author decided to make a gymnastic wall with a horizontal bar for his son. But I did not have to look for material, as it turned out the author is a worker in the construction industry and it was not difficult to get pipes and a soldering iron. It remains only to buy the missing parts.

In order to make a home-made gymnastic wall, you must:
* Polypropylene pipes
* Soldering iron for pipe soldering
* Plastic tees for pipes
* Spray paint
* Rope
* Compensators and two couplings

This is all that will help to assemble the homemade product, so we proceed to the assembly.

Step one.
As in all homemade products, you must first make a sketch of the future product in order to objectively understand what should happen in the end.

Step Two
Armed with a soldering iron and pipes, we make the most critical connections.

We also do something like a staircase. For this, the same tees are needed, on both sides they need to be soldered to the pipe and so several times to the desired height of the stairs.

Step Three
We finish the frame by connecting all the parts with adapters and tees. As a result, we obtained such neat and fairly strong connections, the reliability of which is not worth worrying about.





In order for the floor not to be scratched from the cut ends of the pipes, you need to solder the caps on them, thereby protecting the floor from possible damage.

Step Four
Now you need to transform the assembled structure, we paint those details that are not so often rubbed during classes on this wall in any attracted color. Now you need to build a wall mount. We fasten the wall to the dowels 10 to 200 with sleeves for pipes, which also need to be painted in the same color as the previous parts, thereby the sleeves make it possible to fix the wall at a distance from the wall to which it will be attached. For reliability, it is better to fix each node.

Step Five
It's time to make gymnastic rings, we make them from compensators and two couplings that will connect each of the rings, after which we put a rope into these pipes and fasten to the horizontal bar.


At this stage, the wall assembly is ready, as a result, we have a home-made gymnastic wall with a horizontal bar, which is an order of magnitude cheaper than those on the market, I don’t think that for 600 rubles you can find a worthy analogue to this homemade product, so this product costs its money . I’ll say a few words about the structural strength, it is more than enough, since it can withstand 75 kg without any deflections.

Feels like the whole frame is assembled tightly, which cannot but rejoice. The author’s son is happy with such a gymnastic wall, so if you also have children, then come up with something similar, since the development of the child should begin from an early age.

Firstly, there is a deflection, and secondly, no legs are visible. The dude is standing on the floor or hanging incomprehensibly. And there are 65 kilograms of force in it. Thirdly, a rope with knots and rings are tied to one edge of the horizontal bar. The child will definitely pull this design with all its weight, most likely it will pull a lot and often. This thing must be mega reliable. I don’t know how fragile this material is, but I would not risk the child’s health.
