Good day to all. I'm tired of changing 100-watt halogen bulbs in the luminaire for the mirror in the hallway which constantly burned out and I decided to replace it with an LED of my own design.
Here is what you need for this. An aluminum board for soldering LEDs, a radiator, three 1-watt LEDs and hot-melt adhesive. You will also need three lenses for LEDs and a 3-watt 220-volt power supply.
So the lamp itself with a lamp of 100 watts.
The radiator found such that it only needs to be cut in half.
We cut the radiator in half and glue it to the board.
We solder LEDs on the board.
And by connecting the power supply we check.
We put on the lenses.
Check with lenses.
We fix in the lamp housing. The power supply must be placed in a plastic tube with holes for cooling. The power wire passes through the mounting bracket and the case itself becomes an additional radiator.
So, from a 100-watt lamp, a 4-watt lamp turned out ..with a pleasant light. When checking, the radiator did not heat up more than 30 degrees.
The whole alteration took no more than an hour.
