DIY furniture for dolls

Almost all girls of preschool and primary school age play in dolls. And then, they do not forget it, and over time it develops into a more serious hobby. Moreover, for many - it becomes a major hobby for life. But if dolls, outfits for them and all kinds of accessories there are just a myriad of elements, then the elements of furniture not only are they much less common, but all of them are distinguished by one common feature - absolute uniformity and nondescriptness. Elements of furniture are “in the background” and they are exactly the same as your friends or hobby colleagues.
But what if you make it yourself? What if you make it not like toy samples, but completely bring them closer to the present? After all, we sew and knit unique outfits, we invent the elements of jewelry ourselves and construct unimaginable hairstyles. Well, what prevents two chairs and a small coffee and coffee table? Nothing, therefore, the husband (son, brother, father or just a friend) should help us with this, especially since it is very, very simple.

So how to make doll furniture do it yourself from the most common material from which "adult" furniture is made?
First of all, we need something from which we will create all this. You will need 12 identical elements from chipboard, 16 mm thick and 10 by 13 cm in size.

There is no need to buy a whole sheet and order its cutting, unless you are going to put the production of doll furniture on stream. It's just that in the workshops where they are sawed, there are always a lot of residues, so that "for a small fraction" they will make them of any color, size and quantity.
In addition, you need an edge of about six meters, although it is better to take it with a small margin,

18 confirmates, or as they are also called, Eurobolts,

as many circles for sticking their heads. Although you can chop them as much as you want from the same edge by cutting a corresponding diameter.

You’ll also need 12 studs

confirmation drill,

and a hexagonal head for twisting these same confirmations.

All this can be bought at a furniture hardware store, which is often located near a workshop for cutting sheets of chipboard.
You will also need an iron (any one, it definitely will not deteriorate from such an application),

screwdriver,
furniture knife
awl,
hammer,
sandpaper bar

and a piece of felt that can be successfully replaced with a simple rag.

We paste over the details with the edge. To do this, press a piece of it strongly with a hot iron, and while the adhesive composition has melted and become sticky, we rub it with felt.

We cut off the excess edges with a knife and clean it with sandpaper. And so all the details. This process is a little long, but there is nothing complicated in it.

With one confirm, we connect two parts with the letter “G”.

Now with two confirmations we fasten one side of the future chair,

and then two more from the second side - the other sidewall.

Nail four legs

and glue the heads of confirmations with decorative circles. One chair is ready, similarly collect the second.

Making a table is even easier. With two confirmations we screw the bottom shelf to one sidewall,

and then also to another.

We screw the upper part with four confirmats (two on each side) flush,

from the bottom we attach all the same legs,

and glue the heads of confirmations.

That's all the wisdom, a table and two chairs, ready.

And note, you read this only a little faster than you would have made them yourself.

P.S. On the question of the “survivability” of such furniture: I made this set four years ago. There is something to think about.
