After the expiration of the above period, the formwork should be carefully and gradually disassembled, those places where the solution has not leaked can be plastered.
Further, a smoking cabinet in the form of a house with a gable roof is assembled from a board and a bar, it is best to cover the roof with metal.
It is also necessary to install a thermometer to determine the temperature inside the smoking chamber.
The walls of the house and doors are best made from lining of hardwood. You should not use a pine board and other coniferous species for this, because when they are heated they will release tar and a tar smell that will settle on the products.
It is also necessary to install a pipe with an adjustable damper. From the outside, the smokehouse can be covered with a protective compound, but inside it is strictly prohibited !!! The connection between the chimney well and the smoking house must be passed through heat-resistant sealant so that the smoke does not go into the connection slots.
