He cut off the necks of these bottles with a hacksaw.
Then the author glued these necks with hot glue,
thus a smaller neck is glued to a larger one.
Then he passed with hot glue at the joints from the inside,
and from the outside too.
Then he made two marks on a larger cork
and drilled two holes.
one hole is slightly larger than the second.
Then he took a piece of an old bicycle chamber
and cut out two such details from it.
Then he glued these parts to the holes in the cork. A larger part to a larger hole on the inside of the cork.
A smaller part to a smaller hole on the outside of the cork.
Then he put the cork on the neck,
then he took a syringe and cut off a piece with a nose from it.
And glued this piece of syringe to the outlet valve on the cork, using hot glue.
Then the author took an empty bottle from the shower gel (you can also take it from shampoo or washing, the main thing is that the bottle is elastic and resilient, and when pressed on it, it gets its original shape.)

Then he took a piece of the tube from the dropper
and put the syringe on the nose.

This is a nozzle for inflating balloons. The author put the ball on the syringe and pressing on the bottle started pumping the ball.
Everything works.
Then the author changed the syringe body to a needle from a dropper.
and pumped the ball with the same pump, only at the needle he first broke off the tip (so that the needle was not sharp.)
