One of the main trends this year has become - SPINNER. Millions of people spin, toss, rotate this anti-stress. Now you can find a large selection of spinners, in almost any store, from any material: plastic, metal, wood, etc. But who is addicted homemade, he was already thinking about how to make the spinner himself. And today I will show you how to make this anti-stress do it yourself from wood.
Necessary materials and tools:
- a piece of laminate
- bearings
- glue
- drill
- sandpaper
- WD-40
Step 1: First of all, we need to make a drawing on paper and cut it out. Then we fix our drawing on the laminate blank with adhesive tape.
Step 2: Next, with the help of a small carnation, make marks to drill holes further. And according to the template, draw a contour of the spinner with a pencil. Next, we measure the diameter of our bearings with a caliper and take a drill with the same diameter. Then, at the previously marked marks, he drills holes strictly at an angle of 90o.
Step 3: Then we cut our workpiece along the contour using a hacksaw. After being cut out, round the corners with a file. And we process the workpiece with sandpaper.
Step 4: Next, in acetone (it is possible in gasoline), we rinse the central bearing, and so that it spins longer, spray WD-40 on it. And we insert bearings into the workpiece. If the bearing does not sit snugly in the bore, it can be gently glued with super glue.
Step 5: To make it easier to hold our spinner, we take the bearing and insert a small piece of wood into it in the form of a cylinder and fix it with glue.
