First of all, the author takes the plug from the PVC pipe and, with the help of a hacksaw, cuts the ring off at the base.
It is very easy to cut plastic with a hacksaw.

And so the body is ready, now we turn to the filler, namely these are two plastic brushes from which the fiber (bristle) is extracted
As it is removed, the master cuts the ends with scissors to the size of the PVC pipe so that they do not peek out of the body.
You can also pull out with pliers, holding the bristles at the base and pulling yourself while holding the brush itself with your hands or holding it in a vice.
The extracted material should be pre-measured and placed in the plug housing.
After that, the author glues the fibers of the brush with hot glue to the plug, all elements must be tightly fitted to each other.
This is how all the glued bristles of the brush should look in the end.
Then the master covers the pipe with spray paint (you can choose any color, at your discretion)
The painted surface must also be coated with glossy varnish. Be sure to let the product dry after painting, and then you can assemble everything into a single whole.
