This trailer was created on the basis of a lightweight aluminum trailer with a cargo area of 1520x2440 mm, a rail 30x30 mm (larch) was used to make the van. The walls were finished with 6 mm birch plywood. R-14 wheels are installed, aluminum wings coated with polyurethane varnish. The case is sheathed with aluminum sheet, the cavity between the inner and outer walls is insulated with polystyrene foam, it also acts as a noise insulator. Inside there are LED shades that are powered by the trailer lights.
The carrying capacity of the trailer is 450 kg, up to a maximum of 750 kg, with reinforced springs 800 kg. The trailer registered with the traffic police has all the relevant documents.
The back door has a bolt lock, but the author advises using a barbell, as on containers (they are much more reliable)
