DIY headlamp

In this article I will tell you how to make a headlamp. do it yourself. For the manufacture of this lamp, you will need a minimum of parts that everyone will have in stock, and if not, then they are not very expensive and are sold in any radio or hardware stores!

List of required items

  1. Plastic bottle cap
  2. 3 LEDs
  3. Hallmarks for crown
  4. Battery or battery Crohn
  5. Button for radio equipment
  6. Elastic rubber-rubber strap
  7. Hot glue and soldering iron

Lantern assembly

Take the cap from the plastic bottle and make holes for the LEDs in it, you can do this with a thin drill or be sharp with anything, such as an awl.

Now you need to insert the LEDs in these holes in series, so that the plus would be about the minus and so on.

Now we take the pliers and on the reverse side we twist the legs with an LED, plus and minus, and minus the third LED with the plus of the second, in general, sequentially, then solder the legs and bite off the excess.

Then we take the stigma from the crown and solder the wires from it to the free antennae of the LEDs, plus to plus, minus to minus.

We take the button, bite in half one of the wires of the hallmark for the crown and solder the button into the section of this wire. If in the end the wire with the button is too short, extend the wires, well, in principle, the standard length should be enough.

Next, take the crown and connect everything to it. Be sure to check the circuit for operability, for this, press the button, if the LEDs light up, then everything is in order and you can assemble the structure further, if they do not light up, then check whether you have assembled the LEDs correctly.

Using hot glue, glue the button to the crown.

Using the blade, make a small groove in the cover in order to lay the wires in it. Fill the inside with hot glue and glue it to the crown as shown in the photo below.

Now we need a fabric strap and glue both ends to the crown using hot glue.

As a result, we should get the design as in the photo below.

The headlamp is ready. Please note that the strap must be taken with adjustment so that you can easily select the required length. That's all, this flashlight is small and takes up little space. For the crown, you can use the battery so that it can be recharged from time to time.

Thanks for attention!

and you can also stretch the gum on the thumb and pull the flashlight into someone else)))

in our opinion it is not necessary, it is possible in the right way - terminals and terminal for example)
You can continue to live in your cozy, soft, warm little world, where everyone strokes you on the head, and announce any nonsense as a great achievement. Only in this way you will not achieve anything in life. ((
And if you are not regularly "dragged in the gravel by the face" you will not learn anything! And then life will punish, she knows how. ;)

No criticism! Out of 1000 people, there will certainly be those who are happy to mix you and your work with manure. It remains just to pass by the ears! And I'll see you like to criticize, as many as 1200 comments! )))

Good flashlight turned out

Please joke? You did not pay attention to which section this craft is listed? So: "Campaigns, tourism" - and this is in such a performance. ((

But what do you think the stigma for the crown in other words ??? A little thing with wires, which is worn on a battery or something ???

Yes not ... Everything is correct ... Brands ... smiles
Advice: if it breaks, then it can be sealed with bauxite ... It’s better not to take imported ones - the brake is big ...

And what do you call the stigma for the crown

Have you ever tried to read technical literature, at least, a popular type of magazine "Radio"? You should not take technical terms by ear from speech. Give a reference to a serious source that calls the "branded" terminal block (connector) of the battery "Krone". And remember that the crown is the leaf-covered part of the tree, and the battery is called the “Crohn”. That's right - in quotation marks and with a capital letter!
And at the same time read about the correct inclusion of LEDs.

As for the kid - homemade interesting ...
As from the point of view of practice ... Well, indicator diodes do not shine ... I have four head-on bought ones .. (Remember, seven diodes each) ... They are lying around, I don’t know who to give ... Because after that as the head-on on L2 and 18650 appeared, with focus adjustment, those already are not considered as flashlights somehow ....)))))
Here to assemble on L2, or on T6 - there would be a flashlight standing ...
Again the "stigma", you are not taught at school to do work on mistakes? Or do you not read the comments on your previous crafts?
Overlooked)
But the voltage of the crown battery and the battery are different, respectively, the brightness, too.
You can install another type cover] [and you get such a reflector.
Well done goodgood It turned out to be a good lantern, it would have added a reflector to it. By the way, you can throw a broken flashlight, only pick it in size. Cool good
So the author writes- "Battery or battery Crohn"
It may be better to put the battery, adds features)
