Step One: Electric Motor
For his machine, the author used an engine with the following parameters: power 550 W, rotation speed 2400 rpm. On a lathe, the author sharpened the flange so that it would be possible to install the impeller.
Step Two: Foundation
From the channel, the author welded the base for the machine. I welded a profile pipe to the side for the upper wheel strut. Sheet metal bent cover for the bottom of the base.
Step Three: Support Bar
Makes a support strip.
Step Four: Top
The upper part is made in the form of the letter G. The lower part of the rack is installed in the profile pipe on the support. Previously, a spring is installed in the pipe. Thus, the entire upper node is spring loaded. In the upper part of the assembly, on the axis, a wheel is mounted. To adjust the angle of the wheel, a bolt is fixed at the top.
