The presented ATV was assembled by a craftsman from the Urals, Alexey Brazgin. The author has long been interested in all kinds of techniques and is well versed in it, and the guy’s straight arms grow from the right place. Alexei had long dreamed of making his all-terrain vehicle with a 4x4 wheel formula, collected and analyzed material from the Internet, magazines and technical literature for a long time, eventually decided to build a quad bike, taking as a basis the two options he liked from the Internet.
All components and assemblies were used by the author from domestic equipment, so the engine and gearbox were installed from the OKA Domestic car, the master also took springs for the suspension, satellites from NIVA 214, suspension elements from nine, the frame is welded from profiled pipes with sections 20x25 and 20x25 mm, Alexei welded the suspension arms from a round metal pipe with a diameter of 20 mm. Rims radius -15, spherical from the classics, Forward Safari tires 540. Two kenguryatniks are also welded on the front and rear of the car, the fuel tank is made of stainless steel with a capacity of about 18 liters.
The ATV is an excellent all-terrain vehicle intended for the movement of one or two people on a complete off-road: ditches, ditches, swamps, ford, deep and loose snow, slopes and steep climbs, everything is absolutely unnecessary for this steel horse.
