If you own a site with an area of more than 10 acres, on which, in addition, trees grow, a blower will be very popular in your arsenal of garden equipment. Of course, you can do with a conventional rake, but with a blower, cleaning the area from fallen leaves and garbage will be much more effective. This homemade It will be much cheaper than the factory. And its power will be enough for amateur purposes.
For a blower you will need:
1- A box for disks.
2- Lighter.
3- Stationery knife.
4- Electric motor.
5- Switch.
6- Connector for power supply.
7- Terma glue.
8- Plastic bottle.
9- Empty metal bottle (e.g. deodorant).
10- A cap from a five liter plastic bottle.
11- Hacksaw for metal.
12- A small piece of plastic pipe.
13- Power supply.
14- Scissors.
Manufacture:
1- First of all, take a plastic box from the discs. And cut out the cylindrical part from it. We will cut using a hot clerical knife.
2- It should be something like this.
3- Next, take the electric motor. We took an electric motor on a 12V DC motor> 6000 rpm. Immediately solder the wires to the power supply connector through the switch (see photo below).
4- We glue the electric motor to the outer part of the plastic box for disks. Bonding should be as reliable as possible.
5- Then you need a plastic bottle.
6- We make a label as in the photo below.
7- Cut off.
8- Next, on the blank just made, mark the places for two holes.
9- Cut out.
10- Then we insert and glue the switch and the connector for the power supply.
11- We glue two newly made workpieces. In order not to deform the plastic blanks from high temperature, you should not strongly heat the glue.
12- Next, you will need an empty metal bottle, for example, from a deodorant.
13- From this bottle we will make the blades for the impeller. Using a hacksaw, we saw off the upper and lower parts from it.
14- Then, using scissors, cut it lengthwise and straighten it.So that you get a rectangle.
15- This metal rectangle is divided into eight identical rectangles measuring 30 mm by 55 mm.
16- Cut out.
17- We round the corners of each side of the rectangles as shown in the photo below.
18- Next, take the lid from a five liter plastic bottle. Mark the center and divide it into eight identical sides.
19- In the center we make a hole.
20- Then make the cuts with a hacksaw in a similar way (see photo below).
21- Using a term of glue, glue our petals to the lid.
22- Next, bend the blades at a slight angle (see photo below).
23- From a small segment of a plastic pipe, we will produce an outlet duct.
24- Attach the tube to the box for discs. We put the tags as in the photo below.
25- Cut out.
26- Again we apply a piece of pipe to the box for disks. But this time we put marks on the box for disks.
27- Cut out.

28- We glue the workpieces with each other with slightly heated term glue.
29- Then we mark and cut off the air intake hole (see photo below).
30- After which we connect the impeller to the motor shaft.
