To solder this circuit, we need:
1. Transistors
VT1- KT315
VT2- KT361
2. Capacitors
S1-1mKf
S2- 100mKf
3. Resistors
R1-200-300 kOhm
R2 - 600-700 Ohm
4. LED
5. Diode
I didn’t have a 600 ohm resistor and so I soldered several resistors in series. They give the total necessary resistance.
The scheme is very simple and looks like this.
It works with a supply voltage of 0.9 to 1.6 volts. The average current that this circuit consumes does not exceed 4 mA at a pulse repetition rate of about 2 Hz.
We will solder the mounted installation. Let's get started!
We solder the transistor KT315 and the resistor with a resistance of 270 kOhm. Then we solder a capacitor with a capacity of 1 mKf to them.
Next, we solder a 600 Ohm resistor to the negative leg of the capacitor, and connect to the second transistor.
Well, the last step is to solder the diode, LED and another capacitor. Also, do not forget to solder minus the LED, the emitter of the KT315 transistor and a 600 ohm resistor.
