Good day to all. All owners and just lovers auto faced with such a problem as candlelight soot. And as you know, carbon deposits conduct electricity and because of this the candles begin to work intermittently. And in order for the candles to work properly, this deposit must be removed for them, but to do this without damaging the insulator of the candle is not so simple. And so the hero of our today's article has assembled such a device with which you can clean the candles from soot in less than a minute and at the same time not ruin the insulator

The author took an old pressure cooker pan and set about making the device.

First of all, he opened the lid and removed the valve that held the lid on the handle.

The author will replace the M 8 stud with two nuts in its place.

But previously he made a hole on one side and cut a thread in it under the upper part of the candle.

According to the author, using this pin, you can adjust the clearance from the spark plug to the nozzle.

After the whole procedure with a hairpin, the author installed it in its place.

Leaving one nut on top, and screwed the second onto a stud on the inside of the cover.

And he tightened the nuts together.

Then the author made a hole in the top of the pan with a crown.

And I cut a thread under this inch hole.

Then he took a piece of an inch pipe with a thread and screwed it into the hole in the pan.

From the inside, the author fixed this piece of pipe with a thin bronze nut.

He then made a hole in the bottom of the pan approximately in the center.

Then the author of the tree carved three legs for his homemade.

He will fix the legs on the screws.

To do this, he will make six holes, two for each leg.

And leaning the leg against the holes, screw it inside.

Next, the author will attach a purge air gun to the device.

Having inserted the nozzle of the gun into the hole on the bottom of the pan and fix it with a nut from the inside.

Then the author needs to make a filter and install it in this place.

The author will make the filter from a branch pipe from the washing machine.

Having installed a branch pipe on a pipe I fixed it with a clamp.

And cover the upper part of the pipe with a rag napkin and also put a clamp.

The whole device is assembled, the author pours sifted sand into it and starts the test.

The author screws into the holder and closes the lid.

Clamps the trigger of the gun (connected to the compressor) for 10 - 15 seconds.

And checks the result.
