Here is a fun craft consisting of only several parts: a part of the toothbrush (with bristles located at different angles, this is clearly shown in the video), a vibrating element from a telephone or pager, a L1130 battery (I bought one for a calculator a week ago, 10p per pair), nippers and a piece of double-sided tape.
Having spent quite a bit of time, we get a funny robot (he reminded me of a bug).
