Who knows how neon lamps are marked on Soviet starters of fluorescent lamps? Need IN-3 or ANN-1. Isn't the lamp so random on the starter?

I just found it in the old directory. The types of bulbs indicated in the question are neonki without bimetallic contacts, therefore, they are definitely not in the starters.

On the bulbs themselves, I have never seen markings. Dismantled starters and domestic and imported. Light bulb and parallel to it capacitor. And the principle of its work, in general, is correctly described.

By the way, I came across lamps where the starter is inside. Not in the tank itself, of course. And I had to buy a new lamp. The only consolation was that such lamps worked for 5 years, almost continuously.
