There was a need for scoring a small courtyard space. An audit of bins and boxes with not very necessary trash was made. An unexpectedly successful DRS-5001 satellite receiver was found quite lively, but not very relevant, as a case.
The following components were found:
Potentiometer 33kom.
Amplifier from old mayfuna TDA7375
- Capacitors 1000mf 25v in the power supply 5pcs.
- Capacitors 0.33mf and 47mf.
- Well, and the old connectors, wires from the washer, etc.
-Aluminum radiator from an old tv.
A case with power supply, respectively, is available, power is thought to be 25 watts. The main board of the receiver has been removed from the case. There was more than enough space.
The connection diagram of the amplifier microcircuit is the simplest, by this mounted installation. Yes, and the board I have nothing to do.
Soldered + and - 12 volts directly to the board. I threw filter capacitors on 12v, in the amount of 5000mF - let them be, if any. Install the potentiometer and LED in the front panel. From the power supply itself, a voltage of 3.3, 5 and 12v is output. The LED is powered from 3.3V through a 600ohm resistor. The output of the ST-BY microcircuit was powered directly from the 5 volt output, to turn on the microcircuit itself.
Next, gluing the conclusions on the acoustics to the body with hot-melt adhesive, and audio inputs: I made two audio inputs, mini-jack 3.5 and tulips. Having a cable with the same connectors (mini-jack-tulips), you can combine connected devices. Be it DVD or smartphone.
The final stop is fixing the amplifier to the radiator and the casing, soldering all the components and checking the operation. With speakers 5gdsh4-4 worked fine, nor any distortion even at the maximum twisted volume. The sound is really beautiful, of course more thanks to 5GDSH.
The work took no more than two hours, with breaks. The cost of materials is zero rubles, nothing was bought, everything came to me "just like that." Well, in the end, not a bad amplifier.
