In this article, the author of the YouTube channel "NightHawkInLight" will describe the project to create a small pneumatic beep. The elements from which it will be created can be selected and large sizes, so that the beep can be easily adapted to larger objects.
This homemade product is very easy to manufacture, and does not require complex types of work.
Materials
- Watering can
- PVC pipes and parts
- Polyethylene film.

Manufacturing process.
The whole structure is assembled from four sections of PVC pipe. The outer casing, which is a 1X½-inch connecting tee, is made up of an inch plug, a 1X1i 1/2-inch adapter sleeve and a six-inch half-inch PVC tube.
Of the four elements, only the adapter sleeve needs rework. The inner ring prevents the plastic pipe from completely passing through the sleeve.
The author simply cuts this section with an ordinary hacksaw.
Now the tube easily passes through the hole.
The master inserts the sleeve with the pipe inserted into it at one end of the tee, so that the pipe is inside the tee, clearly in the center.
To turn this design into a pneumatic hearth, a flexible membrane should be put on the inside edge of the plug. The master cuts such a membrane out of a plastic bag to freeze food.
This is a fairly large piece of film that could wrap an inch plug.
Then the author presses the plug into the far end of the tee, which pulls the membrane inside. The buzzer functional elements are ready!
The air supply is connected to the third small hole to actuate the beep.
The author uses a large pump for inflating mattresses or boats for this purpose. You can also purchase and. It is powered by 12 V, and can be used in car.
A beep can be given a deeper tone if a funnel is placed on the tee.
The author managed to find a funnel that fits perfectly on a half-inch pipe.
Larger beeps can be assembled from the same elements, only of a larger size. Here is a two-inch tee with an inch inner tube.
The only additional details in this case will be several adapter couplings to fit the larger fitting size to the ½-inch pump hose.
The author even found a larger funnel that fits perfectly into the inch connection.
Truly interesting results are obtained when a three-meter pipe section is connected to the device.
The sound you hear at the same time is very peculiar and very loud. The author does not mind installing such a beep on his car. You can scare this pretty pretty.
Thanks to the author for a simple but interesting idea for making a pneumatic hearth!
All good mood, good luck, and interesting ideas!
