Such homemade your children will appreciate it, but trusting such a device too small is not advisable. The author equipped the homemade electric motor with 500W, the bike accelerates quite well. A feature of the technique is that there are two wheels on the rear axle that are capable of rotating 360 degrees around its axis. As a result, the car easily goes into a U-turn, if you accelerate and turn the steering wheel sharply, all this gives an excellent rush of adrenaline. If it were not for the stiffness of the rear suspension, on a home-made it would be possible to ride on the dirt road and other irregularities. Materials and tools used by the author:

- rectangular profile pipes;

Homemade manufacturing process:
Step one. Front frame
The author took the front part of the frame ready-made, for this an old bicycle was needed. We cut off the front part with the steering from the frame, remove everything superfluous and smooth out the metal to a shine.
Further, the author shortened the plug to the required length and cut through the ears in it for installing the motor wheel.
Step Two Rear beam, weld the frame
We make the rear beam, for this you need a piece of the profile pipe. We weld or fasten the wheels for carts to the ends of the pipe. The wheels should easily rotate through an angle of 360 degrees, we select the wheels as strong and reliable as possible, it is better to take a diameter as much as possible.
As soon as the rear beam is ready, cut off two more pieces of the pipe and weld the entire frame. It is desirable to weld the ends of the pipes with steel plates, as dirt will accumulate inside, as a result of which the frame will quickly rot.Immediately after welding, we clean the welds and the frame can be painted.
Step Three Steering wheel
The author used the purchased steering wheel, it is conveniently adjustable for tilt, width and so on. An electronic throttle handle is placed on the steering wheel. A voltmeter will not be out of place here, so that you can monitor the degree of charge of the battery.
Step Four Batteries
We put the batteries, the best place for them is the rear beam, the author glued the batteries to double-sided tape. At the end, the batteries were pressed from above with a steel bracket, it can be screwed to the beam with screws.
Step Five Brake
The brake system is built into the motor-wheel, the author only modified the loop for the cable so that a pedal under the foot is obtained.
At the same step, the author put an additional loop, which keeps the central part of the wheel from turning.
Step Six Final assembly and testing
At the end, we fasten the brushless motor controller to the frame and connect the wiring. We attach the wires to the frame, nothing should hang out. The controller can be hidden in a plastic container so that it does not get dirt and possible water.
The homemade product is ready, we must use a helmet for riding! The author accelerates quite quickly and enters the corners very well, but for a start it will take some experience. The bike looks great, and in fact it’s good, any teenager will be delighted with such homemade stuff!
