Good afternoon! Today I would like to show how to make a very interesting running vibro-bug from bottle caps. The robot amuse your friends and family very much. Make it very simple. Let's get started!

Materials

1. Several bottles with caps
2. KRONA battery (9 Volts) with adapter
3. Wires (hard)
4. switch
5. Motor (can be obtained from the old CD-roma)

Instruments

1. The knife
2. Glue gun

Step 1

First of all, you need to take a bottle and carefully cut off the neck from it

Then with a glue gun we thoroughly coat the inside of the lid

And glue it to the cut neck

Step 2

We take 2 covers and in one of them we make a hole for the switch with a knife

After that, we fasten the two wires to the switch, and in the second cover we make holes for the wires.

Then we glue everything together. As a result, we should get such a design

Step 3

Now we need an adapter for the crown and a motor. We need to connect all this with wires as shown in the photo. If you do not have soldering skills, then carefully go over the contacts with sandpaper and screw them.

Step 4
We grease the end of the gear with glue and then glue a few nuts (or another weight)

Step 5

Now we collect everything: we put the motor in the neck and close the lid (this will be the body). We glue the covers with the switch to the body (this will be the head)
