Have a nice time of day, Friends. On the Internet, I found one photo with an interesting homemade, and decided to make myself the same. Having spent a little time on the development of the internal mechanism of our home-made, I got a very funny and interesting home-made toy. To create such a thing will take a minimum of material and use of the tool. Such a homemade product can amuse and surprise your loved ones. Everyone enjoy watching.
Materials and tools:
- furniture board
- plywood
- toothpick
- elastic
- needle
- glue gun
- jigsaw
- drill 1.5 mm.
Step 1: First we need to make drawings on paper. You can easily make them yourself if you understand the mechanism of work. I can’t lay out the templates for printing, as I drew them manually on sheet A4, fitting one part to another. Then we transfer the drawings to the wood blank, I used a small piece of furniture board, because it has the thickness of 20 mm we need. and it almost does not need to be processed with sandpaper.
Step 2: After we transferred the drawings to the workpiece, you can cut them. It is better to use a manual jigsaw, so the workpiece will be neat and without chips. Horns were made of thin plywood. Then we process the workpiece with sandpaper.
Step 3: Next, in the "head" of the deer, we drill 2 holes, as shown in the photo. We insert a piece of toothpick into one so that the head can rise and fall. Then glue the parts as shown in the photo. Before gluing, it is necessary to attach blanks and check the mechanism of how it works. If we are convinced that it works, we circle the blanks with a pencil and glue them in turn. In one piece we make a groove and a hole. We insert a blank from a paper clip and a small elastic band into the groove, and fix it all with a needle (it’s easier to understand from the photo). The other end of the paper clip is attached to the "head", and the gum is hooked.
Step 4: Using a glue gun, glue the horns. Then glue the hind and forelimbs.We make a cover on top to load candy there, I made it out of cardboard, but you can try it out of wood.
In such a tricky way, we got an interesting homemade product.
