I add: in addition to low efficiency, there are two more huge minuses.
1. The resource of the pump from the washing machine is very small, for sure it will not last more than a year.
2. The reliability of the design (including the maximum permissible pressure of the pump) raises great doubts, but the fact that when filling the neighbors from below "you get into the headstock", and considerable, just no doubt.

A pressure of 3 atm corresponds to a head of water of approximately 30 m. Thus, the potential energy of these ten cubes is 2940000 J or, in more understandable units, 0.82 kW * h. Taking into account the efficiency of the turbine, we get somewhere half a kilowatt-hour per month. This amount of electricity costs about 2 rubles, per year - 24 rubles. Now estimate the cost of manufacturing garbage and estimate the payback period. I'm afraid that he will not be happy. ;)
