Step One: Frame Welding
According to the size, cuts a profile pipe. Grinds the edge. Then he lays out all the parts of the door on the table. Aligns in one plane and welds the frame.
Step Two: Finish
Slices profile for door trim. Cut to size sheets.
Welds sheets and gratings from the profile. Grinds the surface.
Step Three: Hinges, Gate Valve, Insert
Welds the valve. Welds the hinges. Cuts and sets the wood insert. According to the plan of the master, the wooden insert was supposed to have a drawing cut out on a CNC and filled with a fluorescent filler. Unfortunately, the CNC broke down and the job failed.
Step Four: Installing the Door
Hangs the door into the opening.
