From Cordoba pilotage to R / C pilotage

Good afternoon, dear friends!
I want to tell you about how you can make a radio-controlled aerobatic model from a cord model. No, no one is going to rebuild, remodel, and chicken the cord model! The author wants to show how to create an aerobatic model using the drawings and manufacturing technology of a cordless aircraft model on the radio.

Here are such drawings of a cordless aircraft model

And the alteration of the drawing begins, mainly due to the increase in the size of all control surfaces and wings.

The model will have these sizes:
Span - 1100 mm
Length - 1100 mm
Flight weight - 1000g
Motor - 3536 1000 sq.
Regulator - 30A
Battery - 3s 2200
Screw - 11 x 4.7

Materials for construction:
Ceiling - 3 mm.
Reiki - any.
Plywood from fruit boxes.
Clay - "Dragon".

Building a model does not require large financial costs and is available to a wide range of modelers, even for beginners.
It also takes a little time to build, it all depends on your desire, abilities and hard work.
Construction starts with the fuselage. Nothing extra!

To connect the individual structural elements of the model is used foam.
The control surfaces are made of two layers of ceilings, interconnected by building foam and reinforced inside with 5 X10 mm wooden slats. . For ease, it is better to apply balm.

The construction of the model is nearing completion.
Covering the model with colored tape.

Modelka without a motor yet. And this is on the first test flights of the model.
Received the motor and installed in its place.

As the author of the model said:
“Even with an adult man, a plane is a toy, and the toy should be beautiful.”

The author of the model did not stop there and said:
“The pilot is good, but the biplane has never been built or had”
began building the original biplane.

For the manufacture of the biplane, the author applied the same materials as for the creation of the previous model.
Main dimensions
Span - 1100 mm
Length - 1100 mm
Weight - 1100g
Around -1100.

The model was designed by the author himself and is made according to his own drawings - sketches

For the biplane, two wings are made.

For the manufacture of a lantern for the cabin, a blank made in the manufacture of another model was used.

This is how wings are made. The wings made may be different from the generally accepted classical manufacturing technology, but they are not inferior in strength.

The model is ready.
Color tape is finished.

The model is still without electronics.

But the author did not stop there and decided to show the creation of another aircraft model with larger steering surfaces.

The design of the model is copyright. In principle, the model dimensions, electronics is no different from the previous ones, and even the materials are the same.

The author guarantees that this will be the most budgetary, easiest model, not requiring much time for its construction.

Here is a wing turned out. As the author said: -
"Whole removable."

All steering surfaces are made using construction foam and plywood strips.

Here is such an aerobatic model.

“The ceiling is cheap, easy and fast!”
- the author concludes.

Concluding my story, I want to join the conclusion of the author.
Bye! Your in ..
