Drip tape is not expensive. If desired, you can get it for free. In autumn, you need to ask the vegetable farmers. They pull it out of the ground and dispose of it (for the most part they burn it, bastards). True, you need to thoroughly rinse it, you never know what muck they pumped through it to feed it.

It is a pity that the main pipeline is not described and in more detail the way to connect to it (just stick a tube into the hole, which is two dozen less in my opinion is too sick). And about the medical droppers, you were too lazy to ask at the nearest hospital, they gave me a whole bag for a cake (50 pieces, though without metal needles), they throw it away anyway. The highway is made of PND-20, drilled holes ten less than the plastic filter needle and fsio. Assembly-disassembly takes an hour on the strength, a screwdriver is not needed for adjustment, the length of the tube is enough anywhere. And something is doubtful that in total all the ingredients will cost less than a dropper ...
