Step One: Cutting Parts
The case is made of plywood of different thicknesses. The front and back panels are made of 3 mm plywood, the middle part of 3 layers of 12 mm plywood. The master cut out all the parts with a jigsaw.

Step Two: Grinding
Cut blocks must be sanded and trimmed.

Step Three: The Inside Of The Case
Now you need to cut out the inside. The master drills the holes and cuts out the details with a jigsaw.

Step Four: Bonding
After grinding the inside, the master proceeds to glue the middle part of the body + front panel. For fixing, the glued parts are fixed with clamps.

Step Five: Build
Temporarily fastens the back panel.

It grinds the front side of the case and drills a hole for the switch.

Then he dismantles the back cover and covers the case with varnish.

Step Six: Wiring
Then the master proceeds to the wiring.

The speakers are glued to the body with epoxy glue.

From the charging board and the bluetooth module, the master dismantled the standard LEDs and soldered others in their place, extending the connection with wires. Resistors were soldered to the right and left channels of the amplifier.

Then he made the installation according to the scheme. Boards inside the case fixed to hot melt.

Before installing the back cover glues a strip of foam.

Screws on the back cover.

Glues the legs.

Now you need to charge the battery.

All is ready.

comrade (author), probably soared like me .. really strange way the left and right are combined into one, and not only that, why? mb in this way he compensated for the out-of-phase interference from the bluetooth module ...?

- the speakers are glued to the epoxy glue, and hot melt is just for temporary fixation, until the glue seizes.

The self-tapping heads sticking out on the rear panel do not decorate the design, and the fastening of the speakers and the battery to the heat nozzles does not increase reliability.
It is clear that one does not have to expect a stereo effect from such a hinge, but, nevertheless, the goal of turning the stereo signal from the output of the Bluetooth module into a mono signal is not clear. Moreover, the mono signal was received in a barbaric way of parallelizing the outputs of the Bluetooth module.
